21 May 2024- The Digital Content Awards are a celebration of excellence in digital signage communication on the ECN office network. Held at The Gherkin in Central London, today’s event brought together building management, receptionists, and commercial real estate industry leaders to celebrate best-in-class digital content on ECN.
Kareena Bennett, head of experience, ECN, hosted the presentation and shared results from ECN’s CX survey, which showed 98% of customers approved of ECN’s service and content management.
With 61% of building managers wanting to promote sustainability achievements to their tenants/occupiers, the theme of sustainability was highlighted by keynote speaker, Mr Oliver Allcock from ClimatePartner. Oliver discussed how the built environment impacts the climate crisis and how building management can employ and adopt industry best practice.
In the era of hybrid working, it has never been more important to have effective on-site communication with the building community, and the awards ceremony showcased exceptional digital content examples from office buildings using ECN’s managed digital signage service.
The winners and highly commended entries in each category were:
Best Promotion of ESG: 125 Old Broad Street

A record number of attendees were in attendance which reflects the 32% increase in content usage by ECN’s partners during the past 2 years.
