ECN, Germany’s leading digital office network ( www.executivechannelnetwork.de ) is pleased to announce AstroPark Frankfurt as the latest addition to its German network. Located in the Niederrad district of Frankfurt ( www.astropark-frankfurt.com ), Astropark is one of Frankfurt-Niederrad’s largest office buildings with a total area of around 40,000 square meters. Barings Real Estate Advisers GmbH ( www.barings.com ) is responsible for the asset management mandate of the building and has recently prompted the revitalization of the reception area and elevator lobbies and has also worked together with ECN in this project.

ECN has installed eight digital screens at Astropark Frankfurt. Two large format (65”) digital screens were installed in the lobby and a further two screens in each of the three elevator lobbies. The digital screens welcome tenants and visitors with a combination of news content and localised internal communications.

Orpheus Peter, the Senior Asset Manager responsible for the Astropark at Barings Real Estate Advisers, is convinced of the ECN benefits for the Premium Office Real Estate Complex with Landmark architecture, saying: “We are pleased with the additional but cost-neutral upgrading of the reception area and elevator lobbies with the Executive Channel Network display solutions. The digital displays are not just an eyecatcher, but also an easy-to-use central communication platform with which the tenants and visitors of the building can be approached in a targeted manner. “

Christian Praulich, Director Business Development Real Estate I Germany, is delighted to have another prominent real estate office complex in which ECN digital property communication solutions were installed. “Digital signage is increasingly in demand from the German office real estate market. Above all, large players, like Barings, recognize the comprehensive advantages and want to bring their properties with ECN to a new level of digital communication. “
