ECN, Europe’s leading digital workplace communication specialist, is pleased to announce it has just connected the biggest office building in Germany.
THE SQUAIRE, located adjacent to Frankfurt International Airport, is Germany’s largest office complex, spanning over 660 metres in length and 143,000 SQM NLA. THE SQUAIRE, home to companies including KPMG, Lufthansa, Airbus and Porsche, is also a commuter hub connecting leisure and business travellers to Frankfurt International Airport and airport train station.
In keeping with the scale of THE SQUAIRE, ECN installed 9×98” digital screens within the foyer and common pedestrian areas. These screens are ECN’s largest ever installation in Europe. ECN’s business model enables it to provide asset partners with a turn-key solution which includes the installation of hardware, provision of content and design and technical service support.
Charles Parry-Okeden, Global CEO, ECN, commented: “This is another incredible milestone for our German network. THE SQUAIRE reaches over 25,000 affluent German office workers and commuters every week and the scale of the installation reflects the premium nature of the audience and location.”
Mr Parry-Okeden also said he saw positive signs in the European workplace market as major European cities ease lockdown: “We have witnessed a big uplift in audiences returning to workplaces in our German and French markets, which is a very positive sign after such a disruptive event. Our property partners have reaffirmed this trend seeing an uplift in recent weeks”.
For asset owners/managers, ECN’s dynamically managed content solution does not require any continuous investment or on-going cost.
