In a survey spanning online/face to face interviews of over 100 property partners, the key findings showed customers were exceptionally happy with the customer service and content provided by ECN.

100% said they would recommend ECN to a colleague, and 98% agreed ECN enhances the customer experience, and 97% agreed ECN content looked professional and engaging.

With 93% agreeing ECN facilitated effective tenant communication, office building managers were motivated to use ECN content to deliver a range of digital communication to their tenants including community, on-site and ESG messaging.
